Are we harvested ?

Ok this time am theorizing the concept of our very existence, later more theories will come up but in no way am sure whether its correct or not but simply my own interpretations out of ignorance or experience.

So first question came to my mind after playing a game “Prey” was “Are we really some kind of food for some alien species?”. Yeah perhaps like we grow crops and harvest them for food and are at the top of hierarchy than why there is not something over us, the prime one. Here is what I conclude (lots of my thoughts are directly derived from the storyline of “Prey“), may be some alien races gave birth to the life on Earth and then went on with eternal travel, the next time they come will be sure that plenty of food will be available on the way (yeah that food could be us).

So next time you see people disappearing and all those UFO stuff, think about this theory. After all someone using human as resources will be too smart and advanced.
