UniSmilies 2.08.08 for Firefox 3 released !!!

Here is the latest version of UniSmilies - Yet another firefox smiley extension.

It took a long time before I resumed it. So its a complete overhaul over the old extension. There are many good features added and usability with minimality is followed too.

Features:

• Click n paste anywhere automatically. No need to press “CTRL+V” now.
• Intelligent smiley code changes depending upon the website (Forums will have IMG tag, wordpress and other websites will have anchor tag and an option for direct link for orkut etc)
• Code is now Smiley friendly Wordpress themes optimized i.e No border around for Smiley friendly themes
• A context menu entry is added from usability point of view
• Option for large smilies (Size+)
• Three sets of cool smilies
• A few bugs here and there

How to Use:

• Click on the “UniSmilies” menu at the bottom-left of statusbar in Firefox.

• Click on the desired smiley. Its code will be automatically posted to the text area where your cursor was.

• Alternatively right click on any text area and hover over “Unismi” menu to select the smilies. Click on any and it’s code will be pasted to the text area.

• You can change the setting from the “Code” menu inside the “UniSmilies” menu at the bottom-left of statusbar in Firefox.
